Studio 1 Online introduced the Photoshoot Challenge back in 2016 as an inhouse bespoke transformation programme which is second to none, this programme has transformed the lives of over 400 men and women behind closed doors.

Our ONLINE PHOTSHOOT challenge is one of the UK’s most successful body transformation programs

with over 400+ women and men’s transformations so far… consistently getting mind blowing results with clients. The type of results that your friends and family find it hard to believe that you achieved in just 10 weeks!!

Are you a good fit for the challenge?

  • You need to have a gym membership. Unfortunately YOU can’t complete the Photoshoot Challenge doing ‘home bodyweight workouts’. If you have your own well equipped home gym with a variety of equipment in there, that’s different.
  • Be no more than 20-24lbs from ‘photoshoot shape. If you have +24lbs to lose, trying to strip all that weight in just 10-12 weeks can place you under a lot of stress and you risk dieting too extreme. If that is the case it may be the photoshoot course isn’t right for you at thIS moment in time. But please still email & apply, Kelly can work with you privately outside of the challenge.
