Our 8 Week Lifestyle Transformation Courses are designed for every body whether you’re a complete beginner or already training regularly.
We don’t rely on endless cardio or quick-fix gimmicks. Instead, we teach you effective, full body strength training and give you the tools, education and support you need to create healthier habits that last long after the 8 weeks are over.
You’ll build confidence, strength and balance while still enjoying real life no extreme restrictions, no giving up the things you love.
This is a programme designed to help you get results and keep them.
Course Fees
Our 8 week courses cost £325. Payment can be made in full or by instalments via STRIPE as set out below:
A £50 non refundable deposit at booking followed by the first instalment due 7 days prior to the course start date and the second, 4 weeks later (please read STRIPE’s terms and conditions).
All fees are non-refundable.Once a course has started, we are unable to fill your space, therefore, any outstanding payments will still be due/collected.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first session this will enable us to take your body fat measurements and progress pictures, so we can monitor your progress. These will be taken again at the end of the 8 weeks for comparison.
Please note: at times a male trainer may be present to cover a ladies class.
