8 WEEK COURSEs
Studio1 is not just about being photoshoot ready, our 8 week lifestyle transformation courses are designed to suit anyone from a beginner level, right through to advanced.
It doesn’t matter what shape, size or fitness level you are, we have a course which will suit you! We don’t gain results through endless amounts of cardio, all of our courses are weight-based training sessions which work the entire body evenly.
Alongside our courses, we promote a lifestyle change and a healthy balance to ensure you don’t have to quit all life’s luxuries and still achieve the results you desire!
COURSES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
8 weeks, 3 sessions per week as follows:
16 weights-based training sessions at our private, purpose-built studio (2 weight sessions per week)
1 Tabata session per week
Small group training – 3-12 per class
Access to theStudio 1 Members area on the website which includes Food guides, measurement tracking & hint’s & tips to help you reach your goal
Progress pictures and body fats taken every 4 weeks (Progress pictures can not be used to promote any business other than Studio 1 Fitness)
Access to our private, members only Facebook page
Full support of dedicated instructor throughout

Our 8 week courses cost £250 and can be paid in full or in instalments – a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the course. If paying in instalments this is done via Paypal and is £100 payment prior to the course start & final £100 payment 4 weeks after the start of the course.
Once the course has started no refunds will be given and any outstanding amounts will still be due.
(Please note deposits are also non-transferable and cannot be transferred to any future course or PT session). All bookings must be made via our website, cash payments at the Studio are not accepted.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first session this will enable us to take your body fat measurements and progress pictures, so we can monitor your progress. These will be taken again at the end of the 8 weeks for comparison.
