You’ll also have access to fully demonstrated exercise videos, so you’ll always know exactly what to do and how to do it.”

Home Training

All programmes are included within the coaching.
NUTRITION SUPPORT INCLUDED
You will receive:
- Macro Guidance
- Recipes
- Nutrition overviews
You will be able to select the food overview that suits you best depending on:
- Your calorie target
- Your confidence in the kitchen
- Your lifestyle
All nutrition information is included within the coaching.
WHATSAPP COMMUNITY SUPPORT & FACEBOOK GROUP ( educational videos, recipes )
This is strongly encouraged for:
- Accountability
- Support
- Motivation
- Community feel
You will be encouraged to post:
- Steps
- Food
- Training
- Daily accountability
There will also be a SEPARATE announcements section.
This is important so that:
- Important information from the coach does not get lost in the group chat
- You do not need to scroll through conversations to find key updates
Even if you do not want to get involved in the chat itself, it is important you remain in the announcements section.
PROGRESS TRACKING
You will be required to take photographs of yourself from the:
- Front
- Side
- Back
These are essential and must be sent over before the course starts.
You will also be encouraged to take tape measurements every 2 weeks as this is often the first thing you notice changing.
