Personal training is available throughout the week with all our instructors. It is carried out in our private studio and is tailored to your specific goals. Prices start from £25 per session. (subject to availability) Contact us today to discuss how we can help and check if we have a slot for you.

This is a personalised coaching programme, including tailored training plans, nutrition support, regular check ins, and ongoing accountability.

The programme is priced at £750 for 3 months and includes:

  • Personalised training plans
  • Clear nutritional guidance
  • Weekly check-ins
  • Daily habit tracking
  • Short educational videos
  • Ongoing accountability and support

Payment and commitment 

Payment is made in full upfront to ensure a minimum 3 month commitment.

The 3 months will begin from a date agreed between yourself and Kelly and will run over three consecutive months. If you wish to continue after this period, you can either commit to another 3 month block or speak to Kelly about a payment plan that suits you.

Why a 3-month commitment?

We work on a minimum 3 month basis because meaningful, sustainable results take time. This allows us to build consistent habits, progress training safely, and make adjustments based on what truly works for you rather than chasing short-term fixes. Three months gives you the structure, support, and accountability needed to create results that last.

Personal Training Information

All block sessions are booked and paid for in advance. The below prices are based on the sessions being spread over 4 consecutive weeks, if sessions are not used within this period, clients may incur a price increase. Please note that once block sessions have been booked no refunds will be issued. If you attend 2 or more regular PT sessions per week you will receive full access to the to the Studio 1 Fitness website which includes, free access to the studio recipe books and much more.

JOINT/PARTNER SESSIONS
Please note that joint sessions cannot be taken individually, if one client arrives training will go ahead as planned and the second participant will lose the session.

RENEWING SESSIONS
New blocks should be paid in full on or before the last session of the previously paid block, please note that payments are non-refundable. Please provide 1 months’
notice if you would like to end your block sessions, as this provides time for the slot to be allocated to another client.

CANCELLATIONS

Please provide 1 months’ notice if you would like to end your block sessions, as this provides time for the slot to be allocated to another client.

If a session needs to be cancelled, 48 hours’ notice must be given, or the session will be lost, and no refund will be given.
